Information we collect when you register / attend our events or webinars such as name, contact and business card details is essentially to enable you to attend CORE Media events and send you updates and information about the event / future events/ webinars planned. In addition, we may collect details pertaining to professional profiles, photos and information from social media, as well as the names and email addresses of contacts from partners (including sponsors). We may also collect any feedback or information that participants, and/or partners have volunteered to provide to us via questionnaires submitted before, during or after events / webinars . We will use such data to organise such events, manage participation at the event / webinar , and present details about presenters and sponsors in the programs and/or promotional materials of such sessions, as well as on our website and social media handles. We may share information on participants and speakers with our event partners to prepare for the event/ webinar. Business card details and contact information shared with our partners / sponsors on each of these events is to enable them to communicate and send you material or information related to topics that may be of interest to you, analyse interests and interact.
Some events / webinars may be recorded by means of photographs, audio recordings, and/or videos. Such photographs and recordings may subsequently appear on the respective event website, other relevant website, on social media, in the press, or in promotional materials. Please note that we do not sell lists or contact information to any third party.
Data retention : When you participate in our events , we maintain your information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information
